Here's a little background on me and how we can get started...
I was born and grew up in Orange County. In 1999, my wife, Laura, and I met while playing professional volleyball in Holland. Since getting married in 2000, we have been living and raising our 4 kids in Orange County. In 2005, my real estate career began. I started helping renters find homes. At the same time, I marketed myself in neighborhoods in both Irvine and Lake Forest. Shortly thereafter, I found myself helping clients all over Orange County.
As the years progressed, I've become more efficient in delivering success. Clients became friends, and friends became clients. The mutual benefits of having a loyal client base became clear and continues to be my prime objective. I can spend more time on each client's specific objective to elevate results. Outstanding results lead to happy clients who are eager to refer me to their friends & family.
As I have developed my client base primarily from referrals, I take client introductions very seriously. I want to keep them coming. Because no one likes a sales pitch, I have designed initial meetings to be highly informative where I can convey the market, understand your objectives, give advice, all without pressure or obligation so that clients are eager to encourage their friends to meet with me.
