Ever get sick of hearing about "Surf City" and "Walking to the Beach", and "Sunshine", and "Airshows", and "Fresh Air". Ugh, so tiring, but here it is goes again... Epic location near the beach with huge "enclosed" yards and the biggest tree I've ever seen in my life. Easy access to a yard full of fruit trees and a crazy play house! Inside, look for a single level of pure joy! Open kitchen / dining / living, along with 3 (or 4 depending on your fancy) bedrooms. Upgraded baths & kitchen, and on and on. See - All this surf city business gets old, unless you live here. Then it's Paradise!
